A car wash at home saves you the trip to a service station, but it works best when a few simple things are in place. This guide covers what you need to provide, what to check with your society, and how booking works.
What do you need to provide for a car wash at home?
Most of the work is on our side. From you, we need four things:
- Space around the car so the team can reach every side.
- Access to wherever the car is parked, including gates, guards and basements.
- Someone available at your address during the service time.
- Permission from your society or RWA, if they have rules about washing.
Every parking spot is different. So before we confirm your booking, we check your location and tell you on WhatsApp if anything else is needed for your spot.
How much space does the team need around the car?
The team needs to walk around the whole car and reach the roof, bumpers and wheels. If your car is pressed against a wall or another car, some panels can't be cleaned properly.
For any package with interior cleaning, the doors also need to open fully. That matters for Car Dry Wash + Interior and Interior Deep Cleaning.
- If you use tandem or stacked parking, move the car to a clearer spot before the visit if you can.
- In a narrow gali, tell us whether the car is parked on the road or inside a gate.
- Share a photo of the spot on WhatsApp if you're unsure. It helps us plan.
Access to your parking spot
Many Delhi homes have a guard, a locked gate or a basement with a boom barrier. If the team can't reach the car, the visit gets delayed.
- Tell your guard or society gate that a car wash team is coming.
- If your society uses visitor passes or an entry app, approve the entry when the team arrives.
- Share the exact location pin, tower or block number, and the parking level.
- Mention landmarks for kothis and builder floors where house numbers are hard to find.
Why someone needs to be available at your address
Our terms ask you to ensure someone is available at your address during the service time. It does not have to be you. A family member, your driver or a trusted neighbour can help.
This person can:
- Unlock the car or hand over the keys for interior work.
- Show the team any stain, scratch or problem area you want looked at.
- Answer quick questions so the job isn't held up.
- Check the car when the work is done.
Do you need society or RWA permission?
Some societies and RWAs have rules about washing cars in basements, stilt parking or common areas. Rules vary a lot from one society to the next.

What about water and electricity?
This can depend on the service you book and where your car is parked. We'll confirm on WhatsApp what's needed for your spot before your booking is confirmed.

How booking and confirmation work
- Message or call us. WhatsApp or call +91 93105 79236. Tell us your car type (hatchback, or sedan/SUV), the service you want and your area.
- We check your location. We look at your address and parking, and tell you if anything is needed for your spot.
- We confirm the time. A booking is confirmed once we have your details, have checked your location, and have confirmed the time with you on WhatsApp or a call.
- Pay online if you like. Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) is available through Razorpay when you book online.
Monday – Thursday: 10 am–6 pm · Friday: closed · Saturday – Sunday: 10 am–5 pm If your car needs extra work, we tell you the extra charge before we start.
Need to cancel? You can cancel on WhatsApp or by phone within 1 hour of booking, as long as the team has not left for your location.
A quick checklist before the team arrives
- Remove valuables, cash and gadgets from the car.
- Empty door pockets and the boot if you've booked interior cleaning.
- Close all windows and the sunroof for an exterior wash.
- Point out any existing scratches or dents so everyone is on the same page.
- Keep the keys ready, or leave them with the person who will be there.
- Let the guard know the team is coming.
