You can cancel your booking by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone.
A cancellation is accepted only if:
• Service team has not left for your location
• Cancellation is done within 1 hour of booking
Refund is issued only in the following cases:
• You paid in advance and we could not provide the service
• Service was cancelled by us due to internal reasons
• Work was not started due to our team issue
No refund is provided if:
• User cancels after the team has already traveled
• Wrong information was shared by the user
• Work was completed as requested
Refunds may take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
